Ingredients
- 1 kg of goat meat, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 red bell peppers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper, ground
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 limes, zucchini or green peppers, sliced
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 liter of goat broth
Method
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic until they become golden.
- Add the red peppers and spices, stirring well.
- Add the green peppers or zucchini and the red onion, stirring for a minute.
- Add the goat broth and salt, bringing to a boil.
- Finally, add the pieces of goat meat and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours, until the meat is tender.
- Serving: serve hot with a few slices of zucchini or green peppers on top.
