Ingredients

  • 1 kg of goat meat, cut into pieces
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 red bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper, ground
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 limes, zucchini or green peppers, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 liter of goat broth

Method

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic until they become golden.
  2. Add the red peppers and spices, stirring well.
  3. Add the green peppers or zucchini and the red onion, stirring for a minute.
  4. Add the goat broth and salt, bringing to a boil.
  5. Finally, add the pieces of goat meat and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours, until the meat is tender.
  6. Serving: serve hot with a few slices of zucchini or green peppers on top.
