Ingredients

  • 200g of basmati rice
  • 100g of fresh clams
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100g of shrimp
  • 50g of dried beans
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of shoyu sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Almond blossom for garnish

Method

  1. Clean the fresh clams and cook them in salted water for 5 minutes, then cool them under cold water.
  2. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in coconut oil, then add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the dried beans and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. While the beans are cooking, prepare the rice following the product instructions.
  5. When the beans are done, mix the soy sauce and shoyu sauce with water and add it to half of the rice.
  6. When the rice is cooked, gently mix the clams and shrimp over the rice.
  7. Top the rice with the remaining sauce and garnish with almond blossom.
  8. Serve hot.
