Chupe de Camarones al Obrero

Ingredients
- 400 g of fresh shrimp
- 2 liters of chicken broth
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 g of potatoes
- 100 g of zucchini
- 50 g of onions
- 200 g of beans
- 100 ml of palm oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper
- 1 lemon
Method
- In a pot, heat the palm oil and sauté the garlic and onion until golden brown.
- Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and the zucchini into thin slices, then add them to the broth.
- In a bowl, mix the beans with some broth and add them to the broth.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Mix the lemon juice and red pepper into the broth and stir well.
- Arrange the shrimp on a plate and serve hot, with salt and pepper to taste.
