  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Clean and cut the shrimp, onions, carrots, cabbage, and zucchini into small pieces.
  2. In a pot, heat on medium heat, sauté the onions in extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Add the peppers and vegetables, sauté for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add the fish broth, potatoes, and chili, bring to a boil.
  5. Add the shrimp and cook for 5-7 minutes, until they are just cooked.
  6. Squeeze the lemon into the broth before serving.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil and chili powder.
