Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- 200 g potatoes
- 100 g carrots
- 100 g onions
- 200 ml chicken broth
- 50 g turnip greens
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried chili flakes
Method
- Dice the potatoes, carrots, and onions into small pieces.
- In a pan, sauté the onions in olive oil, then add the carrots and potatoes, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth, turnip greens, salt, and pepper, and let it boil for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the tortillas into thin slices.
- Add the tortillas to the broth, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the vinegar, tomato sauce, and dried chili flakes, stir well.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
