Cartagena Fish Salad

A fresh fish salad typical of Cartagena's coast, combining the taste of the sea with the flavors of the land.

Ingredients
- 200 g of swordfish, cut into pieces
- 100 g of tomatoes, cubed
- 50 g of red onion, finely chopped
- 100 g of cucumber, cubed
- 50 g of shallots, sliced
- 50 g of avocado, cubed
- 20 g of parsley, finely chopped
- 10 g of rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 g of soy beans, cooked and heated
Method
- Cut the swordfish into pieces and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, shallots, and garlic.
- Add the swordfish, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Finally, add the cooked soy beans and mix well.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
