Ingredients
- 200 g of zucchini
- 200 g of pumpkin
- 100 g of carrots
- 100 g of onions
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 g of grated cheese (optional)
Method
- Wash and slice the vegetables thinly.
- In a pan, sauté the vegetables with olive oil and a little salt and pepper for 5-7 minutes.
- Cover the vegetables with a lid and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Arrange the vegetables on a serving plate.
- If desired, sprinkle the cheese over the vegetables.
- Serve immediately.
