Ingredients
- 250 g of flour
- 250 g of sugar
- 200 g of walnuts, chopped
- 150 g of butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 100 g of almonds, chopped
- 50 g of cocoa powder
- 100 g of cream
- 100 g of sour cream
- 100 g of walnuts, chopped
Method
- Prepare the nut mixture by combining chopped walnuts, chopped almonds, and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla.
- Add the nut mixture to the flour mixture and stir until you get a homogeneous consistency.
- In another bowl, mix cream, sour cream, and vanilla.
- Blend the cream mixture into the flour and nut mixture, stirring gently.
- Add a bit of cinnamon or cardamom for aroma if desired.
- Form disks with the dough and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
