Ingredients

  • 200 g of choice fish (tuna, salmon, or other)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon shoyu sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 fried onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tablespoon soybean oil
  • salt to taste
  • chili to taste

Method

  1. Cut the fish into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix the soy sauce, shoyu sauce, chili sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and soybean oil.
  3. Lightly mix the fish with the sauce and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it in a little soybean oil.
  5. Slice the garlic into thin rings and fry it in another bowl.
  6. Cut the tomato into cubes and add it to the fish.
  7. Season with salt and chili to taste and serve in a serving dish.
  8. Top with the fried onion.
