Ingredients
- 200g of glutinous rice
- 200g of beef, cut into pieces
- 1 liter of beef broth
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup of crushed almonds
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander
- 1 lemon
Method
- In a pot, mix the glutinous rice with beef broth and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
- In a pan, sauté the onions, garlic, and red bell pepper in a bit of oil.
- Add the beef and cook until well done.
- Add the zucchini and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Combine the glutinous rice soup, chili powder, ginger powder, and coriander. Stir well.
- Finally, add the crushed almonds and lemon juice. Serve hot.
- Bubur Lambuk is ready to be enjoyed!
