A crunchy yet soft, flavorful bread made with butter, honey, and olive oil, typical of the city of Fez in Morocco.

Ingredients
- 250 g of flour
- 150 ml of warm water
- 10 g of dry yeast
- 20 g of butter
- 100 g of honey
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg for the oil brushing
Method
- Mix the flour, dry yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the warm water and mix until the flour is fully dissolved.
- Add the butter, honey, and olive oil and mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Take the dough, form it into rolls, and place it on a baking tray.
- Wash your hands with cold water, dry them well, and make marks on the bread with your wet fingers.
- Brush the entire surface of the bread with beaten egg.
- Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes or until it turns golden.
