Ingredients

  • 200 g of flour
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 100 g of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • 200 ml of custard
  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of milk

Method

  1. Prepare the crust: mix the flour, sugar, and butter, add the eggs, milk, and cocoa, form a dough, and bake in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Make the custard: mix the milk, cocoa, and vanilla extract, bring to a boil, add the powdered sugar and warm milk, mix, and let cool.
  3. Melt the chocolate: melt the chocolate with the milk, let cool.
  4. Assemble the pie: place the crust on a plate, pour the custard, cover with the second crust, and decorate with the melted chocolate.
  5. Let it rest and serve chilled.
