Ingredients
- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- 100 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 200 ml of custard
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of milk
Method
- Prepare the crust: mix the flour, sugar, and butter, add the eggs, milk, and cocoa, form a dough, and bake in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
- Make the custard: mix the milk, cocoa, and vanilla extract, bring to a boil, add the powdered sugar and warm milk, mix, and let cool.
- Melt the chocolate: melt the chocolate with the milk, let cool.
- Assemble the pie: place the crust on a plate, pour the custard, cover with the second crust, and decorate with the melted chocolate.
- Let it rest and serve chilled.
