Ingredients
- 500g beef tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 3 finely chopped garlic cloves

- 2 liters of clear chicken broth
Method
- Cut the beef tenderloin into small pieces and place them in a large bowl. Add salt, eggs, garlic, finely chopped red onion, grated ginger, and diced chicken breast.
