Ingredients

  • 200g of Bambooloo meat
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red onion
  • 200g of bacon
  • 100g of potatoes
  • 100g of peas
  • 100g of zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 500g of phyllo dough
  • 100g of grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method

  1. In a pan, cook the Bambooloo meat with onions and bacon until well done. Add the potatoes, peas, and zucchini, cook for another 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay a strip of phyllo dough on a lightly oiled surface, add half of the meat mixture on top, cover with another strip of phyllo dough, then with the egg and cheese mixture.
  4. Repeat the operation with the remaining strips of phyllo dough until you've used all the ingredients.
  5. Fry the pies in the cooking oil until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
