Ingredients
- 200g of rice noodles
- 200g of beef
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 200g of mixed vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, lentils)
- 2 liters of beef broth
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper
- Salt to taste
- Slices of bread to serve
- 1 tablespoon of coriander
Method
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil.
- Add the beef and cook until well done.
- In a large pot, bring the beef broth to a boil and add the vegetables.
- Cook the vegetables until they are soft.
- Add the rice noodles and red pepper, stirring well.
- Bring to a boil and cook until the noodles are al dente.
- Serve hot with slices of bread and sprinkle with coriander.
- Tasty and ready to be enjoyed!
