Ingredients

  • 200g of rice noodles
  • 200g of beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 200g of mixed vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, lentils)
  • 2 liters of beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Slices of bread to serve
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander

Method

  1. In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil.
  2. Add the beef and cook until well done.
  3. In a large pot, bring the beef broth to a boil and add the vegetables.
  4. Cook the vegetables until they are soft.
  5. Add the rice noodles and red pepper, stirring well.
  6. Bring to a boil and cook until the noodles are al dente.
  7. Serve hot with slices of bread and sprinkle with coriander.
  8. Tasty and ready to be enjoyed!
