Apple Tart

Ingredients
- 400g of flour
- 200g of butter
- 100g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100g of caster sugar
- 200g of apples
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 100ml of lemon juice
- 100g of chopped almonds
- 100g of butter for the baking dish
Method
- Prepare the pastry dough: mix the flour with the butter, sugar, and eggs until you get a homogeneous dough. Roll it out and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, slice the apples into quarters and mix with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Prepare the tart base: place the pastry dough in the baking dish, forming a uniform base. Cover with the apples and add the chopped almonds.
- Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes, until the pastry is golden and the apples are cooked.
- Let it cool before serving.
