Ají Caballito

Ingredients
- 200g of ají caballito
- 50g of onion
- 50g of zucchini
- 20g of olive oil
- 10g of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10g of coriander
- 10g of sweet onion
- 50g of chili pepper
Method
- Wash and thinly slice the ají caballito.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic and sweet onion.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and sweet onion in olive oil.
- Add the sliced zucchini and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the ají caballito and spices, stirring well.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve cold as an appetizer.
