Ingredients

  • 200g of açaí pulp
  • 1 cold banana, sliced
  • 1 cup of cubed apple
  • 100g of fresh berries
  • 300ml of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or sugar of choice
  • 1 tablespoon of granola
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • A pinch of cocoa powder

Method

  1. In a large bowl or deep plate, pour the açaí pulp.
  2. Add the coconut milk and stir well.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the banana, apple, and berries.
  4. Gently fold the fruit mixture into the açaí mixture.
  5. Gradually add the honey or sugar, stirring until you reach your desired taste.
  6. Finally, add the granola, chia seeds, and a pinch of cocoa powder.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Açaí na Tigela originates from the Pará region in Brazil, where the fruit is traditionally hand-picked and prepared in various ways, including this popular dish.
