White Pudding
A classic of Irish cuisine, white pudding is a sweet custard pie made with eggs, milk, and sugar.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g pull thread sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 teaspoon saffron
- 100 g cream
- 100 g honey
- 100 g crushed almonds
- 1 teaspoon flour
Method
- Beat the eggs with the milk, sugar, pull thread sugar, vanilla, and saffron in a bowl.
- Add the cream and honey, mix well.
- Arrange the mixture in a pie dish and cover with crushed almonds.
- Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
