Waterpoedinkjes

Ingredients
- 200 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary
- Water for frying
Method
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, oil, wine vinegar, thyme, and rosemary.
- Add the egg and mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Shape the dough into small balls of about 1 cm diameter.
- Fry in boiling water until they turn golden, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain with a fork and serve immediately.
