  • 200 g of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary
  • Water for frying

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, oil, wine vinegar, thyme, and rosemary.
  2. Add the egg and mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls of about 1 cm diameter.
  4. Fry in boiling water until they turn golden, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Drain with a fork and serve immediately.
