Kiełbasa warszawska is a Polish specialty featuring smoked sausage that is crispy and flavorful.

Ingredients
- 500g ground meat (pork, pork and veal)
- 200g pancetta
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon dried peppers
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 200g flour
- 100ml water
- oil for frying
Method
- Fry the pancetta in a pan with a little oil, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté the onion in a pan with a little oil, then add the dried peppers.
- In another container, mix the ground meat with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and sugar.
- Add the fried pancetta and flour, mix well to form a homogeneous dough.
- Shape the sausages with the dough obtained and fry in hot oil until crispy.
- Drain the sausages just out of the oven on a paper towel to absorb excess moisture.
