Syrniki

Ingredients
- 250 g of fresh cheese
- 1 egg
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 150 g of flour
- 50 g of butter
- Water for battering
- Honey for serving
- Strawberries for serving
Method
- Mix the fresh cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Add the flour and mix well until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Heat the butter in a pan and add a bit of water to form a light sauce.
- Dredge small pieces of dough in the butter sauce.
- Fry the pieces in a hot pan with oil until golden brown.
- Serve warm with honey and fruit.
