Sugarcane Tea

Ingredients
- 1 meter of sugarcane
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 mint leaf
- 1 tablespoon of cane sugar
- Cold water for serving
- 1 lemon
- Optional ice
Method
- Cut the sugarcane into pieces about 5 cm long.
- Boil the water and add the sugarcane pieces.
- Boil for 5-10 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Gently stir the sugarcane juice with a spoon to separate the pieces.
- Add the sugar, mint leaf, and cane sugar, stirring well.
- Serve the sugarcane tea cold with cold water, lemon, and ice if desired.
