Rindswurst with Sauerkraut
A traditional German dish that combines pork sausage with sauerkraut, creating a unique and delicious flavor.

Ingredients
- 400g of pork sausage
- 500g of sauerkraut
- 2 onions
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 500ml of meat broth
- 2 bay leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Method
- In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté finely chopped onions until they become golden.
- Add cubed carrots and sliced potatoes, sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the pork sausage, salt, and pepper to taste, and sauté for another 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sauerkraut and meat broth, bring to a boil and let it cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Finally, add the bay leaves, stir well and let it infuse for 10 minutes before serving.
