Rindswurst with Potato Salad
A traditional German dish that combines pork sausage with a fresh potato salad.

Ingredients
- 400g of Rindswurst
- 400g of potatoes
- 1 onion
- 100g of parsley
- 50g of olive oil
- 50g of white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Method
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook them in salted water until soft.
- Dice the onion and fry it in a pan with olive oil until golden.
- In a bowl, mix the potatoes, onion, white wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
- Slice the Rindswurst into rounds and cook it in a pan with a little olive oil until well done.
- Place the Rindswurst over the potato salad and gently mix the two ingredients together.
- Serve immediately or let it cool before serving.
