Ingredients

  • 2 cow's tails
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 100 g red bell peppers
  • 200 ml beef broth
  • 100 ml tomato sauce
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 g grated cheese

Method

  1. Clean and cut the cow's tails into 2 cm pieces.
  2. In a large pot, heat the oil and sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic.
  3. Add the cow's tails and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the beef broth, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook over medium heat for 30-40 minutes or until the meat is tender.
  6. Add the sliced bell peppers and zucchini, and cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Add the milk and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with grated cheese.
