Ingredients

  • 200 g of semisweet chocolate
  • 150 g of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g of flour
  • 50 g of cocoa powder
  • 100 g of chopped almonds
  • 100 g of chocolate chunks
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 100 g of semisweet chocolate for the topping

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie and let it cool.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until you get a homogeneous cream.
  3. Add the flour, cocoa, and vanilla extract and mix gently.
  4. Finally, add the chocolate and butter mixture and mix until you get a homogeneous cream.
  5. Add the chopped almonds and chocolate chunks.
  6. Pour the batter into a baking dish and spread the chocolate mixture on top.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 30 minutes.
  8. Let it cool and decorate with the topping chocolate.
