Ingredients
- 200 g of semisweet chocolate
- 150 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of flour
- 50 g of cocoa powder
- 100 g of chopped almonds
- 100 g of chocolate chunks
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 100 g of semisweet chocolate for the topping
Method
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie and let it cool.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until you get a homogeneous cream.
- Add the flour, cocoa, and vanilla extract and mix gently.
- Finally, add the chocolate and butter mixture and mix until you get a homogeneous cream.
- Add the chopped almonds and chocolate chunks.
- Pour the batter into a baking dish and spread the chocolate mixture on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 30 minutes.
- Let it cool and decorate with the topping chocolate.
