  • 200 g of prunes
  • 200 g of rice
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 50 g of caramelized sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

Method

  1. Clean and slice the prunes into small pieces. Boil the rice in water and drain.
  2. In a bowl, mix the rice with milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla. Add the prunes and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Transfer the pudding to a baking dish. Sprinkle with honey and caramelized sugar.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the surface is golden and the pudding is soft.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
