Ingredients
- 400g of pork meat
- 200g of beef
- 100g of pork fat
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of sausage seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon of sausage seasoning
- 100g of flour
- 100g of grated bread
- 2 eggs
Method
- Mix the pork meat, pork fat, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and flour in a large bowl.
- Add the beef, grated bread, and eggs and mix well.
- Form the sausages using a sausage stuffer or a string and a sausage mold.
- Fry the sausages in a pan with a little oil until golden brown.
- Let the sausages cool down and serve them warm or at room temperature.
