Ingredients

  • 400g of pork meat
  • 200g of beef
  • 100g of pork fat
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of sausage seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of sausage seasoning
  • 100g of flour
  • 100g of grated bread
  • 2 eggs

Method

  1. Mix the pork meat, pork fat, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and flour in a large bowl.
  2. Add the beef, grated bread, and eggs and mix well.
  3. Form the sausages using a sausage stuffer or a string and a sausage mold.
  4. Fry the sausages in a pan with a little oil until golden brown.
  5. Let the sausages cool down and serve them warm or at room temperature.
