Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 200 g of raw ham
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 100 g of grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Cut the pork chops in half along the length, without cutting all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix the raw ham, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, and grated cheese.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip the cut pork chops in the beaten eggs, then coat them in the ham, cheese, and breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Fry the pork chops in hot oil over medium heat until golden on all sides.
- Serve hot with a salt shaker and lemon wedges, if desired.
