Picada
Picada is a traditional Colombian appetizer, crispy and delicious.

Ingredients
- 100g of onion
- 50g of zucchini
- 50g of bell peppers
- 100g of sweet potatoes
- 50g of carrots
- 50g of sausages
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 100g of grated cheese
Method
- Slice the onion, zucchini, bell peppers, sweet potatoes, and carrots into thin slices.
- In a pan, start sautéing the extra virgin olive oil with the sliced onion.
- Add the zucchini, bell peppers, sweet potatoes, and carrots, and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sausage pieces and sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
- Arrange the picada on a baking tray or serving dish, seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the picada and bake in the oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden.
- Serve hot, crispy, and delicious.
