Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the flour mixture, stirring gently until you get a smooth batter.
  4. Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Fry the Pfannkuchen in hot oil, turning them when the color changes.
  6. Drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
