Ingredients
- 250 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml of milk
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
- icing sugar for decorating
- fresh fruit or jam to serve
- honey sauce or cream to serve
Method
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and melted butter until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture, stirring gently until you get a smooth batter.
- Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Fry the Pfannkuchen in hot oil, turning them when the color changes.
- Drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Decorate with icing sugar and serve with fresh fruit or jam, accompanied by honey sauce or cream.
