A traditional Filipino dish, Pancit Molo is a delightful mix of beef dumplings and vermicelli in a savory onion and soy sauce-based sauce.

Ingredients
- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of beef fat
- 200 g of beef
- 1 onion
- 500 ml of beef broth
- 200 g of vermicelli
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chili sauce
- 200 g of broccoli
- 100 g of red bell peppers
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil for frying
Method
- Mix the flour with the beef fat to form the dumpling dough, then add finely chopped beef and vegetables.
- Fry the dumplings in plenty of oil until golden brown.
- In a pan, sauté the onion in beef broth and add the vegetables.
- Add the broth, soy sauce, and chili sauce, stir well and let it come to a boil.
- Add the dumplings and vermicelli, cook over medium heat until the dumplings are cooked and the vermicelli is soft.
- Serving: Serve the Pancit Molo in a warm bowl, garnished with chopped red peppers and seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.

Pancit Molo originated in Naga City, Bicol Region, and dates back to the times when sailors would carry food for their journeys, creating this dish using local ingredients.
