Ingredients

  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 200 g ground beef
  • 100 g shrimp
  • 1 onion
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 100 ml palm oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • to taste salt
  • to taste cooking salt
  • 100 g sliced vegetables

Method

  1. In a large pan, heat the palm oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and vegetables, sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the ground beef and chopped vegetables, cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the soy sauce and chili sauce, stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. In a pot, cook the spaghetti al dente, drain and add to the pan with the sauce.
  5. Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes, adding salt to taste.
  6. Serve immediately and garnish with sliced red bell peppers.
