A spicy vegetable and meat spaghetti dish, typical of Lucban, Quezon, Philippines.

Ingredients
- 200 g spaghetti
- 200 g ground beef
- 100 g shrimp
- 1 onion
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 zucchini
- 100 ml palm oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- to taste salt
- to taste cooking salt
- 100 g sliced vegetables
Method
- In a large pan, heat the palm oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and vegetables, sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the ground beef and chopped vegetables, cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce and chili sauce, stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
- In a pot, cook the spaghetti al dente, drain and add to the pan with the sauce.
- Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes, adding salt to taste.
- Serve immediately and garnish with sliced red bell peppers.
