Ingredients
- 400 g of roasted pork
- 4 slices of rye bread
- 2 tablespoons of chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crumbled feta cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Fried potatoes to taste
Method
- Prepare the roasted pork by slicing it thinly.
- In a pan, sauté the onions with olive oil.
- Add the roasted pork and stir-fry with the onions for 5 minutes.
- On a plate, place a slice of rye bread, then add the pork, soy sauce, tomato sauce, and onions.
- Cover with another slice of bread, add feta cheese and lettuce.
- Serve with fried potatoes.
