A traditional Nigerian dish, soft and rich in protein, perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g of soya flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 100 g of zucchini, chopped
- 100 g of green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons palm oil
- Water for greasing
- 2 basil leaves
- 1 bay leaf
Method
- In a bowl, mix the soya flour, eggs, palm oil, water, and herbs.
- Add the onion, zucchini, green onions, pepper, and salt, mixing well.
- Form a ball with the dough and make 4.
- Place the basil and bay leaves on a baking tray.
- Place the balls of dough on top of the leaves.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 1 hour.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
