Ingredients

  • 200 g of mantapour
  • 200 g of rice
  • 500 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 300 g of tzatziki
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped oregano

Method

  1. In a pot, bring water with olive oil and salt to a boil, then add the rice and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is al dente.
  2. In another pot, cook the mantapour in salted water for 8-10 minutes or until it is al dente.
  3. In a bowl, combine the tzatziki, balsamic vinegar, chopped garlic, chili pepper, and herbs.
  4. Drain the rice and mantapour and add them to the tzatziki, mixing well.
  5. Serve immediately, garnishing with parsley and oregano.
  6. Enjoy your meal!
