A delicious Petah Tikva dish that combines traditional mantapour pasta with rice and a fresh tzatziki.

Ingredients
- 200 g of mantapour
- 200 g of rice
- 500 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 300 g of tzatziki
- 1 onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of chopped oregano
Method
- In a pot, bring water with olive oil and salt to a boil, then add the rice and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is al dente.
- In another pot, cook the mantapour in salted water for 8-10 minutes or until it is al dente.
- In a bowl, combine the tzatziki, balsamic vinegar, chopped garlic, chili pepper, and herbs.
- Drain the rice and mantapour and add them to the tzatziki, mixing well.
- Serve immediately, garnishing with parsley and oregano.
