Ingredients
- 400g pasta
- 500g cheddar cheese
- 200g grated cheese
- 200g gorgonzola cheese
- 500ml milk
- 100ml olive oil
- 2 onions
- 200g flour
- 1 liter chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- 100g breadcrumbs
Method
- Cook the pasta al dente according to package instructions in a large pot.
- Meanwhile, sauté the onions in another pot with olive oil.
- Add the flour and stir to form a roux.
- Gradually add the chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Add the grated cheeses and stir until the sauce becomes creamy.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and sautéed onions, ensuring everything is well combined.
- Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with breadcrumbs for a crunchy texture.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
