A refreshing and delicious dish, Kuay Tiew Mamuang is a typical Bangkok treat, served cold with greens and seafood.

Ingredients
- 200 g of glass noodles
- 2 bunches of mint
- 2 onions
- 1 mango
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 red onion
- 100 g of shrimp
- 100 g of prawns
- 50 g of ginger
- Honey vinegar
- Garlic
- Coconut oil
Method
- Cook the glass noodles for 3-4 minutes, then rinse them under cold water and cool them down.
- Slice the mint and onions thinly.
- Cut the mango and pomegranate into cubes.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and ginger in coconut oil.
- Add the shrimp and prawns, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the noodles, vegetables, mango, and pomegranate.
- Add fish stock and honey vinegar, mix well.
- Serve cold, garnish with pieces of mango and ginger.
