A traditional Antalya dish, Köfte Kebab is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, seasoned with aromatic spices.

Ingredients
- 200 g of beef
- 100 g of pork
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt to taste
- 1 egg
- finely chopped breadcrumbs
- salt
Method
- Mix the beef, pork, minced garlic, chopped onion, red pepper flakes, salt, sugar, wine vinegar, and olive oil in a large bowl.
- Add the egg and finely chopped breadcrumbs, mixing well to form a homogeneous dough.
- Shape the köfte by hand, making sure not to make them too large.
- Lightly tap the köfte with a knife to give them an irregular surface.
- Fry the köfte in hot oil until they are golden and crispy.
- Serve the köfte hot with a yogurt and chopped onion sauce.
