Ingredients

  • 200 g of beef
  • 100 g of pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of dried peppers
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme extract

Method

  1. Mix the beef, pork, eggs, chopped onion, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, sugar, thyme, dried peppers, and thyme extract in a large bowl.
  2. Form meatballs with your hands, making sure they are uniform in size.
  3. Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the meatballs for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat, turning them regularly.
  4. Cook the meatballs for another 5-7 minutes until they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  5. Serve hot with a tomato sauce or French fries.
