Kjøttboller
This traditional Norwegian dish features meatballs that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Ingredients
- 200 g of beef
- 100 g of pork
- 2 eggs
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon of dried peppers
- 1 teaspoon of thyme extract
Method
- Mix the beef, pork, eggs, chopped onion, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, sugar, thyme, dried peppers, and thyme extract in a large bowl.
- Form meatballs with your hands, making sure they are uniform in size.
- Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the meatballs for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat, turning them regularly.
- Cook the meatballs for another 5-7 minutes until they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Serve hot with a tomato sauce or French fries.
