Ingredients

  • 200g of buckwheat
  • 200ml of water
  • 100g of butter
  • 50g of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • salt to taste

Method

  1. Toast the buckwheat in a pan on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Transfer the cooked buckwheat to a bowl and add butter, salt, and sugar.
  4. Mix well until the butter is melted and the mixture is uniform.
  5. Serve immediately, accompanied by a bit of sugar as a condiment.
