Hungarian Goulash
A classic Polish dish that combines the intense flavor of beef with typical Hungarian spices.

Ingredients
- 500 g of beef
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 liters of beef broth
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 100 g of beans
- 100 g of peppers
Method
- Cut the beef into pieces about 2x2 cm and brown in a pan with a little oil.
- Add the onions, carrots, and cucumbers cut into dices and sauté for 10 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Add the beef broth, black pepper, cayenne pepper, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Finally, add the beans and the peppers cut into pieces. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
- Hungarian goulash is ready to serve with bread or potatoes.
