Ingredients
- 1 haggis
- 2 kg potatoes
- 2 kg turnips
- 2 onions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Prepare the haggis according to the producer's instructions.
- Cut the potatoes and turnips into cubes.
- In a pot, sauté the onions in a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add the potatoes and turnips, stir and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover the pot and cook on low heat for about 45 minutes or until the potatoes and turnips are cooked.
