Habas con Jamón

Ingredients
- 250 g of green beans
- 200 g of cured ham
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 200 ml of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 ml of balsamic vinegar
- 100 g of grated sheep cheese
Method
- Rinse the green beans thoroughly and drain them.
- In a very hot pan, sauté the garlic and onions until they turn golden.
- Add the green beans and cook for a few minutes, then pour in the olive oil and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, cut the cured ham into pieces.
- Add the ham to the green beans and mix well.
- Add the balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
- Finally, add the grated sheep cheese and gently mix.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the warm and intense flavor of the dish.
