Ingredients

  • 250 g of green beans
  • 200 g of cured ham
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 200 ml of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 ml of balsamic vinegar
  • 100 g of grated sheep cheese

Method

  1. Rinse the green beans thoroughly and drain them.
  2. In a very hot pan, sauté the garlic and onions until they turn golden.
  3. Add the green beans and cook for a few minutes, then pour in the olive oil and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, cut the cured ham into pieces.
  5. Add the ham to the green beans and mix well.
  6. Add the balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Finally, add the grated sheep cheese and gently mix.
  8. Serve immediately to enjoy the warm and intense flavor of the dish.
