Ingredients

  • 250 g of flour
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
  • 100 g of chocolate chips
  • 100 g of chopped almonds
  • 50 g of chopped walnuts

Method

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, melted butter, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla in a large bowl.
  2. Gradually add the flour, mixing until you get a homogeneous dough.
  3. Add the chocolate chips, almonds, and walnuts, mixing well.
  4. Divide the dough into four equal parts and form small balls.
  5. Drop the balls onto a baking tray dusted with flour, leaving some space between them.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, until the balls become firm.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
