Ingredients

  • 200 g of onions
  • 100 g of zucchini
  • 100 g of bell peppers
  • 200 g of pork ribs
  • 100 g of shrimp
  • 200 ml of tomato sauce
  • 100 ml of water
  • 50 g of flour
  • 100 ml of palm oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 green onion

Method

  1. In a pan, sauté the palm oil with onions, bell peppers, and zucchini.
  2. Add the pork ribs and cook until they are well done.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour with water to form a paste.
  4. Add the tomato sauce, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and flour paste to the pan.
  5. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Add the shrimp and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Place the green onion on top of each serving before serving.
