Ingredients
- 200 g of onions
- 100 g of zucchini
- 100 g of bell peppers
- 200 g of pork ribs
- 100 g of shrimp
- 200 ml of tomato sauce
- 100 ml of water
- 50 g of flour
- 100 ml of palm oil
- 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 green onion
Method
- In a pan, sauté the palm oil with onions, bell peppers, and zucchini.
- Add the pork ribs and cook until they are well done.
- In a bowl, mix the flour with water to form a paste.
- Add the tomato sauce, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and flour paste to the pan.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Place the green onion on top of each serving before serving.
