Ingredients
- 250g of rice vermicelli
- 2 onions
- 1 chili pepper
- 200g of bell peppers
- 100g of seasonal vegetables
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 1 red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
Method
- Soak the rice vermicelli in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Beat the egg in a bowl and fry in a pan with a little oil.
- Slice the onions and bell peppers thinly.
- In a pan, sauté the onions and bell peppers with soy oil.
- Add the seasonal vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, soy oil, chili sauce, and tomato sauce.
- Add the rice vermicelli and vegetables to the pan and season with the prepared sauce.
- Mix well and serve hot.

Guilin rice noodles originate from Guilin in Guangxi province, where they have been a traditional dish for generations.
