Ingredients

  • 2 kg of fish (e.g., salmon or tuna)
  • 2 kg of kale
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of chili flakes
  • 1 liter of fish broth
  • 500 ml of canola oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric

Method

  1. In a large pot, heat the canola oil and sauté the onions, carrots, zucchinis, and garlic until golden.
  2. Add the fish cut into pieces and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add the fish broth, chili flakes, salt, pepper, ginger, and turmeric. Stir well.
  4. Add the kale cut into pieces and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
  6. Serve hot, accompanied by bread or potatoes.
